The Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education operates in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability set out in the IQAA Strategy. This implies that there are clear and published procedures for responding to complaints from educational organizations that disagree with the comments and recommendations of a team of external experts. A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction with the quality of services, the actions of the agency's coordinators or members of the IQAA external expert group.
The Agency has a separate complaint procedure. Consideration of the complaint of educational organizations allows you to identify violations committed during the external audit and offers recommendations for their elimination. The review of claims allows you to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the procedures used, maintain the openness and responsibility of the Agency's employees, and is part of a strategy aimed at improving the quality of the work of IQAA and expert commissions.
