On October 20-21, IQAA participated in the International Online Forum "Global in Regional: Kazakhstan in the Bologna process and EU Projects", dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan's participation in the Bologna Process and the 25th anniversary of participation in the EU Tempus and Erasmus+programs.
The forum was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Bologna process and academic mobility center, as well as the National Erasmus+ office.
During this Forum, President of IQAA Sholpan Kalanova presented a report on the topic: "New Forms of IQAA External Assessment for HEIs in the Pandemic". The Agency President spoke about the implemented during a pandemic, hybrid, and distance formats of an external evaluation. During the presentation of the report, the features of the new external assessment formats, changes in IQAA activities within the hybrid and distance formats were highlighted, and recommendations were also given for the successful completion of the external assessment procedure by educational organizations in the new conditions.
