Dear Sholpan, Daulet and the entire IQAA team,
We would like to whole-heartedly thank you once again for your kind hospitality in hosting the ENQA General Assembly. Thank you for all your work, availability, and valuable support before and during the event. The event went extremely smoothly, and we have only heard positive feedback from people, particularly about the concert and ballet at the Opera house (see a few of our favourite photos from Swan Lake attached), the city tour, and your pre-event. We also think you did a splendid job finding a location in Astana that fit our needs, and we thank you all for putting in early hours and late nights with us to make sure everything was ready. Your extra touches truly made a difference. The roses offered at the Opera were a beautiful surprise, the dinner on Thursday provided a splendid view of the city, and no matter the time of day the IQAA team was always there to answer our every question and find anything we needed of them. It has been a great pleasure meeting you all and working with you over the past months. We hope to have another opportunity for a fruitful collaboration in the future. Thank you again for your warm welcome and contribution to the General Assembly’s success.
