On 17th of August, 2018, there was a Republican August Conference of teachers on "Human capital under the conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" on the basis of the center "Kazmedia", in Astana. The conference was opened by the Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Dosayev, who noted that by the President’s initiative in 2018, it was additionally allocated 20,000 grants, wages of more than 200 school teachers were raised for the introduction of updated content of education.
The main report at the conference was presented by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Sagadiyev. The Minister of Education and Science stressed the responsibility of educational organizations for the quality of their work and warned about the revocation of licenses from poorly functioning educational organizations.
During the conference, teachers discussed plans, tasks and reforms in preschool, secondary and higher education.
After the main part of the conference, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan solemnly awarded the best teachers of the republic. In conclusion, thanking all teachers for their work, he once again reminded that the coming year remains the year of reforms in education, improving the quality of education and the responsibility of schools, universities and teachers to the public.
