IQAA has organized a training session for new employees

On January 19, 2018, as part of the internal quality assurance program, a training seminar was held for new IQAA staff. This training seminar was organized with the aim of integrating new employees into the IQAA team, gaining necessary knowledge and skills in the accreditation procedure, familiarizing with quality assurance standards and the principles of the work done by coordinators and expert groups.

In the framework of the seminar, the Director of the Department of Audit and Post-Accreditation Monitoring of Higher Educational Institutions, Professor Zhanna Ahmadiyeva, the head of the Methodology and Expertise Project, Professor Gainelgazy Adilgazinov, and the Director of the Department of Audit and Post-Accreditation Monitoring of TVET Organizations, Zhanat Raimbekova, shared their extensive experience and knowledge in the sphere of quality assurance.

At the end of the seminar, the new employees of the agency exchanged their opinions and thanked their colleagues for this master class. Training seminars of this kind are conducted by the IQAA on a regular basis as the circumstances require.
