Continuing the annual good tradition, employees of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA), together with student volunteers of the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute named after A.K. Kusainov (EAGI), once again pleased the lonely pensioners and disabled people of Astana.
On December 16, symbolically congratulating the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the upcoming New Year, employees and students distributed bags of food to 100 lonely elderly people and disabled people.
Many of them have been receiving such a sign of attention from the Agency for several years now, and they sincerely thank the management and employees for the fact that the Agency does not forget about them, and, of course, they expect this “New Year’s miracle” every year. After all, it is important for every person to know that he is remembered and cared for, especially in old age or in a morally and physically weak state.
The agency ordered nine taxis to transport the bags. And in each bag, weighing over 12 kg, the following food products were packed: stewed horse meat, rice, buckwheat, pasta, oatmeal, green peas, sunflower oil, butter, Lambert cheese, milk, black tea, apples, bananas, tangerines, Kazakhstani chocolate and New Year's gift.
The management of IQAA expresses gratitude to all participants in this charity event - the Agency’s employees, the rector of the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute named after A.K. Kusainov - Amangeldy Ismailov and his students, the staff of the Sharapat Social Service Center of the Astana Akimat and the manager of the Small store in the business center “Moscow” - Gulnar Turganbaeva, who contributed to charity. The IQAA agency will try to ensure that this good tradition, which is being held for the eighth time, continues in subsequent years!
