On April 21, 2021 The Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) participated in an online forum organized by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) on the ZOOM platform. The purpose of the event was to share the experience gained during the Covid-19 pandemic in quality assurance online between agencies.
The forum was attended by more than 100 people. The forum was moderated by the Director of ENQA-Maria Kelo. Brief presentations were made by six ENQA members covering a number of aspects related to conducting external quality assurance in an online format. This online forum was exclusively open to ENQA members and affiliated members. The speakers from IQAA were President Sholpan Kalanova and employee of the Department of Analysis and Quality Galiya Rakhimzhanova.

During the forum, participants actively asked questions. A particularly constructive discussion took place in the chat and at the end of the event. Such events play an important role in developing the competencies of participants and improving their skills.
