Letter of Appreciation from the “Sharapat” Social Service Center

On January 26, 2026, the Agency was visited by Representative of the “Sharapat” Social Service Center of the Akimat of Astana. The purpose of the visit was to express gratitude, on behalf of the Center, to President Sholpan Murtazovna Kalanova and the IQAA team for the charitable assistance and support provided on December 13, 2025, to people with disabilities and elderly citizens.

During the meeting, the Representative of the Center presented a letter of appreciation and conveyed words of gratitude and best wishes to the Agency’s staff, wishing them continued success in their activities for the benefit of the country.

In turn, the Agency expresses its sincere appreciation to the “Sharapat” Social Service Center for the trust shown and the high recognition of our work, noting that charitable initiatives are driven by our genuine commitment to support those who are especially in need of care and attention.
