Dani began her IT career 17 years ago as a developer.  Being the anal perfectionist, she produced good code, meet the requirements and the deadlines with minimal defects,   Working closely with the QA team, however, she learned that Quality Assurance was more than “meeting the requirements with minimal defects”.  Through the QA team she learned that testing was a lot more than pointing out “her” errors.  It wasn't about her, it was about the product, the company, customer service and, of course, the customer themselves.  They taught her that Quality Assurance meant surpassing the external and internal customer’s expectations.  Not just assuring that the product performed what the customer requested, but that it also didn't do what could have a profound impact on the customer, the customer’s company and future.  Four years ago she moved to the Quality profession to spend more time looking for opportunities for product improvement and assuring customer satisfaction.  It’s proven to be a “quality” move!
