Susan graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Indiana University, Bloomington. While working as a Mathematical Statistician for the Bureau of Labor Statistics, she completed several graduate courses in statistics at The George Washington University. Returning to Indiana, Susan was a software testing lead for Indianapolis Life Insurance, specifically testing in the areas of life insurance rates, premiums, and values working directly with product actuaries. As a Revenue Analyst with Resort Condominiums International, Susan produced trend, supply and demand, and competitive analysis. In her current role as a Senior Software Engineer, QA, at Liberty Mutual Agency Markets, Susan has been responsible for implementing the first software metrics program for the organization. Susan is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is currently pursuing her Black Belt certification.
