Plan on learning the different methods used in Six Sigma. Each method is adaptive and iterative and can be applied in a variety of situations and business environements. Of the top 100 companies on 2005 Fortune 500 list, 70 were using Six Sigma techniques and 49% reported higher profits than their peers.We will have a couple of small workshops during this interactive session and lots of learning! Come prepared to learn how to apply some of these techniques to your everyday work environment.
