Steve is the manager of the IT organization supporting Eli Lilly's Indianapolis-based bulk manufacturing facilities.   He has spent 23 years with Lilly in various positions in Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.  He has extensive experience in managing large multi-million dollar IT projects to be used in various regulated areas throughout Lilly.  Mr. Elliott was also a key contributor in the development of the corporate policies guiding system development and validation at Eli Lilly.
