Scott Chesley is vice president for Software Development of
CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (NASDAQ: CTIG.OB), a premier
worldwide provider of enterprise-wide software engines and
systems in the information technology industry. As an
executive technology leader, Chesley brings over 25 years’
experience in software selection/implementation,
telecommunications analysis, project management and software
product development to CTI.
Chesley directs software development for CTI, where he is
responsible for new product development and implementation,
troubleshooting, and overall product strategy to help ensure
that the company's executive team can execute that strategy
effectively. He oversees CTI’s flagship product SmartBill®,
including product initiatives, integrative services, and
project management.
Prior to joining CTI, Chesley served as principal owner of
Crystal Solutions, an information technology consulting firm
supporting emerging and mid-market business organizations.
His strong IT background comes from previous positions with
the international publisher/distributor Reed Elsevier, where
he served as lead technology officer for one of their highly
successful subsidiaries and with United Conveyor
Corporation, a manufacturer of abrasive material handling
equipment, where he directed all IT functions, including
core business/office applications, networking, tech support,
systems analysis, software development and ERP
selection/implementations.
Chesley received a bachelor's degree in computer science and
business management from Luther College, Decorah Ia., earned
his MBA in business management through the Keller Graduate
School of Management and has been recognized for superior
achievements in project management initiatives. .
