Bob is a Manager of Manufacturing Information and Control Systems at Eli Lilly and Company. He began his career with Lilly in 1992, providing instrumentation and automation support for Pharmaceutical manufacturing in Indianapolis, Indiana.  In this role he led a variety of engineering and software design projects directly associated with pharmaceutical formulation, filling and capping.  He also had assignments in Global Engineering, where he led Computer Validation program development in several non-US based manufacturing sites, as well as leading a Corporate Quality Assurance program for electronic record and electronic signature regulation.  His current role includes management of IT, Infrastructure and Automation in Indianapolis Parenteral operations.
