Bob was one of the founders and CTO of Number Six's Indianapolis Practice (formerly Praxis Solutions). He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry.  This experience, covering strategic and tactical technology planning and operations, software engineering process definition and implementation, independent validation & verification (IV&V), and process improvement has enabled him to be effective in producing quality software.  Bob has broad experience in enterprise-wide n-tier architecture and design for Internet and intranet applications and has worked closely with senior executives of large Fortune 100 companies and several state government agencies on critical initiatives in the multi-million dollar range.  His current areas of interest are estimating through use cases, IT portfolio management, agile software delivery techniques and design patterns.  Bob holds a bachelors and masters degree in biology, a masters degree in computer science and is a member of the IEEE.
