Mark is a Project Leader working with CREW Technical Services, providing equipment qualifications, computer systems validation, and product/process validations. Mark has run many projects for pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, technology, travel and entertainment management, and retail/distribution industries focusing primarily on new products and launches.  He has nearly 30 years experience in business analysis, project management, quality, auditing, compliance (GLB, HIPAA, FDA), risk assessments, marketing, knowledge management, inventory control, and operations. He has worked in both IT and held various Business Liaison positions as well as multi-divisional Reengineering.

Mark attended both Vanderbilt University and Indiana State University MBA programs and earned his MBA at ISU.  He has been an online instructor for ISU and presently is an Adjunct Business Instructor for Indiana Wesleyan. He now serves as the IQAA Director of Programs and is always looking for the next quality topic and speaker.
