John is currently the Test Lead for WDD Software Consultants and Mobius Test Labs, an Indianapolis software testing service company. A career tester, John has previously worked for JD Power and Associates in Los Angeles, Schawk Digital Solutions in Chicago, and as a consultant for Fusion Alliance in Indianapolis.

John holds the Certified Software Tester (CSTE) designation from QAI, has written and spoken on the topic of software testing certifications, and maintains a software testing blog on testingreflections.com. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Systems from Taylor University in 2001, and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University in 2005.

In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, jogging, playing music, and endlessly configuring his home computers.
